LAI served as the design-builder for Athenian Academy Charter School’s first campus in Clearwater. It included a renovation of an existing 11,000 square foot building and new construction of a 30,000 square foot building for the K-8 charter school. The most significant feature was the installation of a slide from the second story that the school uses as an incentive for excellence.
